The 25th “Play for Life” Charity Golf Cup exceeded all expectations! The anniversary event raised over 13,000 euros for the “Education for Life” projects – a new record.
Two-day event full of highlights
The weekend began with a fun tournament in Bad Homburg’s historic Kurpark, Germany’s oldest golf course. 28 participants put their skills to the test while the organizers Jens Dagné and Ludwig Janz made the final preparations for the main tournament. On Sunday, it was off to Friedberg, where 86 golfers took part in the sold-out main tournament. Despite changeable weather conditions, there was a great atmosphere among the participants.
Honors and sensational raffle
Not only the tournament winners were honored at the festive evening gala at Golfpark Löwenhof. A special highlight was the presentation of the “HOPE Prize” to Dr. Peter Wenzel, Managing Director of OLYMP, for his outstanding commitment.
The extensive raffle with attractive prizes such as trips, electronics and golf equipment contributed significantly to the record result.
